How to improve web traffic?

Hmmm thanks for the Erase Pdf ... I don't think you'll be happy with my answer.... but here goes... First, 2300 views... sounds like a lot doesn't it... but it means you're averaging about 1-2 views a day, per article.... it's because you have 62 articles that it seems like a big number... So the first and most obvious answer is - more cowbell... produce lots more crap and play the long tail... and you'll get to 10K visitors probably in about 6-8 months from now. My second guess is that much of your traffic is garbage anyways... you're in this space of tech and that space gets crawled by scrapers and spammers pretty much nonstop. I have no doubt if we examined your logs, you'd find scrapers visiting you daily to scrape the stuff off your site so t can put it into their own... Which is why I think the obvious answer of "more cowbell" probably will work - you'll have 10K visits a month... and still get no comments, shares, reads, or anyone giving a crap... because I suspect most of your traffic is garbage bots. Sorry to be blunt about it - but that's my guess. Second, your content is garbage. Sorry - it's one man's opinion I realize... but garbage nevertheless is my assessment. You've basically took the content from the manufacturer and posted it as a blog post. Bravo... that's also why you're getting scraped constantly... that information is what t're seeking when t do website target searches to scrape... If you want an example of how this gig is truly done... then take a look at Chris Voss' site. The Chris Voss Show | Recognized Social Media Leader by Forbes, CNN, Huffington Post, Alltop and others, Chris Voss is CEO of Strategix One Consulting. He shares over 20 plus years of experience as a Serial Entrepreneur of successful companies in various fields of business and marketing. He actually makes a ton of money and is a #1 leader in this tech reviewing field because he actually takes time to review the stuff on his site. As a consequence, he's getting pitched constantly by every tech guy... and I know from having talked to the guy - he wants a big bag of money to even mention your product... You need to up your content game if you want to get any visitors beyond the robots scraping you. Third, even if I gave you a recipe for 22 million hits a second... so what... you have no good way of monetizing or capturing it... I get what you're trying to do here - you've got your affiliate links... but I can tell you right now, that the way you're trying to make it work - you'll have to throw 22 million hits a second to get any amount of money that makes sense... Affiliate marketing is best done when their is a relationship of trust between the blog owner and the audience. You don't have that. What you have is a bunch of content up there and links. You'll need an entire boatload of content to even come close to building a big enough screen to make that work... and a trillion hits a second to throw enough crap at the mesh to make it make enough money to make all this pain worthwhile... soooooo.... perhaps rethinking your strategy is the thing you need to do first to get to 10k. Here's what I'd think about. What painpoint in tech can I serve? To my mind - there seems to be two big boxes... the first is "woooooaaahhhh that's kewl"... and the second is "this costs a super amount of money... is it really worth it?" You'll notice that guys like Voss are solving both. This is the trend in the tech/gadget blogging zone... What's going to be my voice. Just putting up a bunch of generic crap isn't helpful. I can go to Best Buy and read that garbage. Now, if you have some expertise and an actual point of view that might inform me... well then lay it on me bro... and you might make a sale. Sorry if this all seems harsh... but I suspect unlike the others that took time to answer... I actually read your site, your content, and looked at your conversion... Right now - you maybe have 100-200 real people a month visiting your site... the rest are bots... guys like Neil Patel didn't get to the top scraping garbage and putting up 22 billion pieces of content... (although he's getting pretty close with the last bit - that and trying to attract scantily clad women to hawk his name as of late)... Bottom line - you can actually make some money in this market... but you'll need more than some affiliate links and praying for a boatload of traffic.
