Is there Election Fraud Or No Election Fraud?

Is there election fraud or no election fraud? Didn't they already do an investigation?

If you are not involved in collecting ballots, delivering ballots, counting ballots or supervising people doing any of these things, the likelihood of you being in any position to say voter fraud has happened is slim to none. Unless you have yourself done it, obviously. Or someone has confessed to you t have done it. So, firstly, does that apply? If it does then you probably know what to look for. You could intercept a postal ballot and then submit the ballot yourself, in which case the main evidence would be the people angrily asking “where is my postal ballot?” and, when t go down to vote in person “what do you mean I already voted !?”. Then the documentary evidence would be signatures that don't match, because if someone is intercepting your mail t probably don't know what your signature looks like. I guess you could intercept your husband's ballot and you could forge his signature but you need quantity to sway an election. You could alter postal ballots after receipt. Find a way to open the envelope without being detected and mess with the ballot. You probably couldn't change the vote without spoiling the ballot so your best bet would be to just spoil the ballot of people voting contrary to your wishes. Or just dumping them. The problem here is how to get the good ballots in without your interference bring detected. If you are handling ballots in an area that is coming out very strong for the opposition, you could just dump their ballots wholesale, safe in the knowledge that the majority would be for your opponent. The evidence here would be big gaps in the voting record by neighborhood. Whole streets who didn't vote, say. Then there are more straightforward means such as ballot stuffing. The thing is, these things are all a lot easier in countries with very simple ballots. The USA has a very complicated ballot process. Republicans have been especially active at increasing ballot security. T say this is to prevent fraud. Democrats might say it is to suppress votes. Whichever your angle, it does make the ballot process very secure. The penalties for voter fraud are high compared to the minimal effect one fraudster is likely to have on an election, the difficulty of getting away with it in the USA and the relative ease of detecting it. The means of investigation are relatively straightforward. You identify someone whose vote you think was stolen, you ask them who t voted for and you compare that with the ballot. What you are looking for here are hundreds of thousands of people who (on the ballot record) voted for Biden but who will testify under oath that t voted for Trump. Or who didn't vote at all.
